The ID Office at University Park is the only operational ID card location as of Fall 2026. Cards are issued only as an exception to mobile id+ and it is not possible to have both a card and a mobile credential. Mobile id+ is Penn State's preferred credential and will work for all ID related functions at all Penn State campus locations. ID guidance is still being offered at all locations in addition to assistance with the ID replacement process.
