The id+ Office partners with University departments to provide photo ID badges for students, faculty, and staff who need visual identification, while allowing them to continue using their mobile id+ card.

• Cost: $5.00 per badge will be invoiced to your provided cost center.

• Size: Standard plastic card (2.12” x 3.37”)

• Artwork: Departments must submit designs approved by their campus Office of Strategic Communications

• Design Specs:

  • Portrait: 2.12” W x 3.37” H (1012 x 635 px at 300 DPI)

  • Landscape: 3.37” W x 2.12” H (1012 x 635 px at 300 DPI)

• Content: Name and photo automatically populated from University records. The person must have an active credential with a photo on file before a badge can be produced. Requestor will need to provide an excel spreadsheet with names and PSU ID numbers.
